• About 1 million Earths can fit inside the Sun.



• The center of the Sun is made from Helium.



• The Sun's core is approximately 15 million degrees Celcius while the coldest spot is around 6,000 degrees Celsius.



• There are about 4.5 pounds of Sunlight hitting the Earth every second.



• The Sun loses about approximately 4 million tons every second, this is the amount that the Hydrogen that the Sun turns into energy



• The Sun is about 4.5 billion years now.
